Jarmila Oslejová works as a Researcher at Refugee Wellbeing & Integration Initiative since April 2021. She is responsible for research conceptualisation, survey development, data collection and data analysis.
Her research interests include the topics of immigrant integration, intergroup attitudes and refugee well-being. After receiving her MSc in Migration, Ethnic Relations and Multiculturalism from Utrecht University, she worked as a researcher in the field of labour market integration of immigrant populations at the University of Antwerp. Currently she works as a data analyst and project manager for InterMutualistisch Agentschap (IMA), a Belgian non-profit association which gathers and analyses patient data from Belgian health insurances.
